Limited and Lifetime Warranties Against Defect

Limited warranties are offered when Big Kahuna’s are sold through third parties and the products are subject to inspection to ensure that product care instructions have been adhered to. Lifetime warranties are offered when purchased directly from us and are also subject to inspection to ensure that products have been properly cared for. This is not a returns policy.

Our 4.7 gallon showers are now featuring the dog paw print. We use the same supplier and containers we have for years. Currently, these are only available in this format.

Just wanted to give a shout out. I have had the 8-gal shower for almost 4 years and use it on a regular basis, it is the most durable shower I have used for camping. Very little moving parts, so not much can go wrong. Pump is working just as it did on day one. Very little maintenance, the only one is keeping the head clean, which is explained in the videos on the site. I also use it for water storage and can carry extra water without a need for another container. Use in extensively in my teardrop camper for showers, rinse offs, dog baths, dishes, and water storage. Even used it in an emergency situation when we had our water heater go out. Customer service is great as well. Great investment, unlike a lot of junk out there.

…it is better than any of them I have used. Never see it on a top 10 list, when it surely deserves it.

Our experience with Jeff and his company was amazing. We have a daughter with severe  allergies and due to a weather inversion in her town, she and her husband ended up staying with us for several weeks. One of the things she is allergic to is our well water, and she needed someway to take a shower. She usually goes to a family members home to do so when visiting, but due to COVID she could not. Our house hold has been very careful and we have had the shots. Jeff acted immediately to help us and got the shower to us in super fast time, much to our daughter’s and our joy! Then our hot water tank went out while they were here and the portable shower was there for any of us that wished to use it! That was a God send all around. Thanks Jeff for going above and beyond to take care of our needs. In addition the shower worked wonderfully as well!!
