My wife bought me the Big Kahuna Shower last year for Christmas. I am an AVID mountain bike racer (18 races a year) and regardless of rain, snow or sun, the race always goes on. After each race I am a disaster and so is my bike (especially if it rains). The Big Kahuna is AWESOME. I can’t imagine living without it. -Christian

“I have had a Big Kahuna Shower on my boat for over two years, we use it to shower off the sand when entering the boat. A few weeks ago the handle gave out unexpectedly, I was going to throw it out, the shower takes a lot of abuse and is around saltwater and very exposed to the elements, I thought two years was a fair amount of use. On a lark, I looked up the website and called the number listed. Imagine my surprise when the owner answered the phone, asked me about my shower, I told him my situation, he told me he would send me a new handle out immediately. He did not ask for a receipt, when I bought it, how it broke, I then asked him how I would arrange payment for shipping a new one out and a return authorization number, he laughed at me and told me to shoot him an email and he would send it out in today’s mail, which he did and I received it a few days later. Big Kahuna attended a Grand Opening of a West Marine last weekend. Many managers were there and Corporate and loved it . I think it will be going in up to 8 stores for now and when it does well it will go into all 1,700 stores.
